Who can take part

  • You must have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer that has spread beyond one lung.
  • You must not have received any prior chemotherapy or radiation for this lung cancer.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, with a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
  • You should be able to do light activities (like walking or light housework) on your own.
  • You must be willing to provide a tissue sample from a previous biopsy or a new one.
  • You cannot have active autoimmune disease, brain metastases, or certain heart conditions.
