Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed, and you have tried standard treatments or none are available.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are in generally good health (able to do daily activities) with adequate organ function.
  • You have not been treated with certain prior drugs like topotecan, irinotecan, or some antibody-drug conjugates.
  • You do not have uncontrolled heart disease, active infections, or certain other medical conditions.
