Combination treatment for arsenic-resistant APL

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have a specific type of leukemia called APL, confirmed by a genetic test (PML-RARα).
  • Your leukemia has come back (or had a molecular relapse) after prior arsenic treatment, and did not get better with standard treatment.
  • You are in fairly good health otherwise, with a performance status score of 0-2.
  • You do not have serious heart, liver, kidney, or autoimmune conditions, active infections (like hepatitis or HIV), or epilepsy.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you are not taking part in another clinical trial.
