Who can take part

  • You are between 14 and 55 years old
  • Your AML test shows an NPM1 mutation (and it is not a rare APL subtype)
  • Your leukemia is currently in remission after your first (induction) treatment
  • You can travel through study visits and are medically stable (heart, liver, and kidney tests must be acceptable)
  • Your performance/energy level is not too limited (ECOG score 2 or less)
  • You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must be able to follow the study plan
