Who can take part

  • You are between 14 and 18 years old.
  • You play soccer as part of a team or training program.
  • You have a normal body weight (BMI between 18.5 and 24.9).
  • You have not had any injury in the last 6 months that needed surgery.
  • You do not take anabolic supplements or smoke more than 1 cigarette per week.
  • You are not taking any medication and do not have any known diseases.
