Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Your cancer must be one of the specific types listed, such as lung, breast, head and neck, prostate, colorectal, pancreatic, bile duct, ovarian, lymphoma, kidney, or bladder cancer, and it must be advanced and not responding to standard treatments.
- You should have tumors that can be measured on scans like CT or MRI.
- Your overall health should be good enough that you are up and about at least half the day (ECOG 0-1).
- You must meet certain blood count and organ function requirements, like having enough red cells, white cells, and platelets, and healthy liver and kidneys.
- You cannot have active brain metastases, serious heart problems, uncontrolled infections, or a history of certain lung conditions.
