Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with glioblastoma that has come back after first or second relapse.
  • Your tumor has specific markers (IDH wild type) and MGMT methylation status has been checked.
  • You have had radiation therapy at least 6 months ago (if high dose) or 3 months ago (if lower dose).
  • You have not been treated with certain immune therapies (anti-PD1, PDL1, CTLA-4) before.
  • You are in generally good health with adequate organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts).
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
