Diet and exercise program for cystic fibrosis patients on Trikafta

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have cystic fibrosis.
  • You have been taking Trikafta (elexacaftor-tezacaftor-ivacaftor) for at least 6 months.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a condition that prevents safe exercise (like a pacemaker or metal implants).
  • You are able to follow the program and fill out questionnaires.
