Who can take part

  • You are between 12 and 35 years old.
  • You have a loose piece of bone and cartilage (osteochondral fragment) in your knee, confirmed by MRI.
  • You are having surgery to fix that fragment with dissolving screws, or you had that surgery after January 1, 2017.
  • The fragment is causing symptoms like pain, locking, or swelling.
  • You do not have other major knee injuries needing surgery at the same time (like torn ligaments or broken bones).
