Who can take part

  • You are between 12 and 60 years old.
  • You have moderate to severe knee pain that hasn't gotten better with treatments like medicine, bracing, or physical therapy.
  • You have a cartilage defect in your knee (between the size of a dime and a large coin) that needs a transplant.
  • Your knee is stable or can be stabilized during the same surgery.
  • You are not pregnant, do not have active infections, cancer, or certain other health conditions listed in the full criteria.
