Who can take part
- You must have HER2-negative breast cancer (that means the cancer does not have too much of a protein called HER2).
- Cancer must have been found in your spinal fluid, or imaging and symptoms show it has spread to the lining of the brain or spinal cord.
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Your blood counts (white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin) need to be high enough.
- Your liver function (bilirubin, ALT, AST) must be within certain limits.
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must use effective birth control if you could become pregnant.
