Who can take part
- You have HER2-positive breast cancer, confirmed by a biopsy or other lab tests
- You have been diagnosed with leptomeningeal metastasis (cancer spread to the lining of the brain and spinal cord)
- You already have or are able to get a small device called an Ommaya reservoir placed in your head to deliver the drugs
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- Your overall health, blood counts, and organ function are good enough for treatment
- You are not pregnant, not breastfeeding, and willing to avoid pregnancy during the study and for 6 months after
