Who can take part
- You have breast cancer that is HER2-negative (a type of breast cancer that doesn't have too much of a certain protein).
- You have at least one tumor in the brain that can be measured on a brain scan.
- You are age 18 or older.
- You have not had cancer spread to the lining of the brain or spinal cord (called leptomeningeal metastasis).
- You have not had recent bleeding in the brain (acute or subacute hemorrhagic metastasis).
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within acceptable ranges.
