Testing three drugs for advanced bile duct cancer
Part of Cancer clinical trials.
This Phase 2 trial tests a combination of three medicines (GEMOX, donafenib, and tislelizumab) for advanced bile duct cancer. It aims to see if the treatment can shrink tumors and improve outcomes in people with certain tumor stage and health test results.

This trial tests a combination of three drugs (irinotecan liposome, capecitabine, and lenvatinib) for people with advanced bile duct or gallbladder cancer that has worsened after one prior treatment. It may be an option if you haven't taken capecitabine or lenvatinib before and are generally feeling well.
This trial tests a combination of three medicines—an immunotherapy (sintilimab), an anti-angiogenic drug (bevacizumab), and two chemotherapy drugs (gemcitabine and cisplatin, called AG)—as a first treatment for bile duct cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if this cocktail can shrink tumors or slow their growth better than standard therapy.
This Phase 2 trial tests a combination of lenvatinib, an immunotherapy drug (tislelizumab), and chemotherapy (gemcitabine plus cisplatin) for advanced bile duct cancer that cannot be removed with surgery. It aims to see whether this treatment can shrink tumors and improve outcomes, especially for people who have not yet had immunotherapy.
This Phase 3 study tests whether a combination of lenvatinib, an immunotherapy medicine (tislelizumab), and chemotherapy (gemcitabine plus cisplatin) works better for advanced bile duct cancer that cannot be fully removed by surgery. It may help people live longer or control the cancer for longer.
This trial tests different treatments for advanced bile duct or gallbladder cancer based on individual tumor features. It may help people who have not had prior therapy for their cancer.
This study tests a combination of three drugs (gemcitabine, cisplatin, nab-paclitaxel) plus an immunotherapy (tislelizumab) for people with advanced biliary tract cancer who haven't had treatment yet. The goal is to see if this cocktail shrinks tumors better than standard care.
