Who can take part
- You must have advanced (extensive stage) small cell carcinoma that started outside the lung (like in the bladder, prostate, or other organs).
- You cannot have received chemotherapy for advanced cancer before.
- You need to be in reasonably good health (ECOG performance status 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 12 weeks.
- Your organ function must be adequate (kidneys, liver, and blood counts within certain limits).
- You must not have an active autoimmune disease that requires steroids or immune-suppressing drugs (some mild conditions like vitiligo or controlled thyroid issues are okay).
- If you have brain metastases, they must be stable and not need steroids or seizure meds for at least 1 month.
