Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have one of these autoimmune diseases: Sjögren's syndrome, systemic sclerosis, inflammatory myositis, or rheumatoid arthritis.
- You have tried at least two standard treatments (like steroids, methotrexate, or biologics) for more than 6 months, and they didn't work or your disease came back.
- Your disease is currently active (for example, you have swollen joints, muscle weakness, or skin/lung changes).
- Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart function are within a certain range (your doctor will check).
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, and willing to use birth control for 6 months after treatment.
