Who can take part
- You must be at least 3 years old (or 5, depending on the specific disease).
- Your heart, liver, kidneys, and lungs need to be working well enough.
- If you are a girl who could become pregnant, you must use birth control or avoid pregnancy during the study and for 12 months after.
