Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- Your B cells have a protein called CD19 (this is checked with a simple blood test).
- You have one of three types of kidney disease: membranous nephropathy, IgA nephropathy, or ANCA-associated vasculitis.
- Standard treatments (like steroids, immune-suppressing drugs, or rituximab) have either not worked well or stopped working, and your kidney function is still fairly good.
- You are generally healthy enough—no serious heart problems, active infections, or recent cancer.
