Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have moderate to severe sleep apnea (AHI of 15 or higher).
  • You are able to safely do a 6-minute walk test (no recent heart problems, very high blood pressure, or fast heart rate at rest).
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is under 40.
  • You do not have a physically demanding job.
  • You speak and read Greek.
  • You are not pregnant (if female).
  • You do not have a muscle or bone problem that limits your ability to exercise.
