- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have moderate to severe sleep apnea (AHI of 15 or higher).
- You are able to safely do a 6-minute walk test (no recent heart problems, very high blood pressure, or fast heart rate at rest).
- Your body mass index (BMI) is under 40.
- You do not have a physically demanding job.
- You speak and read Greek.
- You are not pregnant (if female).
- You do not have a muscle or bone problem that limits your ability to exercise.
