  • You have been diagnosed with higher-risk MDS (a type of blood cancer).
  • You are willing and able to follow the study schedule and procedures.
  • You must not have an active, uncontrolled infection in the last 14 days.
  • You should not have unstable health issues like severe heart, liver, kidney, or metabolic disease needing treatment.
