Who can take part

  • Your baby was born before 32 weeks of pregnancy.
  • Your baby is between 36 and 65 weeks old since their last menstrual period (adjusting for prematurity).
  • Your baby is currently on a breathing machine (ventilator) in the hospital.
  • Your baby has been diagnosed with severe chronic lung disease (grade 3 BPD or grade 2 BPD needing a ventilator).
  • You (the parent or guardian) are willing to give consent and take part in the study's follow-up visits for about 2 years.
