  • You have had a moderate to severe traumatic brain injury (TBI), like being in a car accident or a bad fall.
  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You were admitted to the hospital for your TBI within the past 7 days.
  • You can speak English or Spanish well enough to answer questions.
  • You have had a CT scan of your brain as part of your regular care.
