Who can take part

  • You are scheduled for a heart catheterization or a procedure to open blocked arteries (like angioplasty or stenting) for chest pain or a heart attack.
  • You are able to follow the study instructions.
  • You agree to the study and sign a consent form before the procedure begins.
  • You are not currently having a severe heart attack (STEMI).
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You do not have an ongoing atrial fibrillation episode on your most recent ECG, and you have no metal implants in your chest.
