- You are 18 or older

- You bring up mucus regularly
- You have had at least 2 lung infections in the past year that needed a change in your medicines, OR at least 1 infection that put you in the hospital
- You have not used certain other lung clearance devices at home (like The Vest) recently
- You do not have unstable heart problems, active cancer, or other serious lung conditions
