Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a type of head and neck cancer called squamous cell carcinoma, and it is over 3 cm in size on imaging.
- You are able to walk and care for yourself (ECOG 0-2).

- You are willing to have repeat MRI scans and can lie on your back for about an hour.
