OBI-833/OBI-821 Maintenance for Bile Duct or Gallbladder Cancer

This study tests a maintenance treatment called OBI-833/OBI-821 for people with bile duct or gallbladder cancer that has a specific marker (Globo H). Who can take part

  • You are 20 years or older.
  • You have advanced or metastatic cancer of the bile ducts or gallbladder that cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You have been receiving your first treatment with gemcitabine and cisplatin (GemCis) for about 3 months and your cancer has not grown (it's stable or smaller).
  • You had a biopsy that shows your cancer has a marker called 'Globo H' in high amounts.
  • You are in good physical shape (able to do normal activities) and your liver, kidney, and blood counts are adequate.
