  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • You have had nerve pain from diabetes for at least 6 months
  • You have taken pregabalin for over 4 weeks and it didn't work well enough
  • Your average daily pain in the last day is at least 6 out of 10 on a pain scale
  • Your blood sugar control is stable and you are on a steady diabetes medicine plan
