Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have type 1 or type 2 diabetes and have had diabetic nerve pain for at least 6 months.
- Your average daily pain score is between 4 and 9 on a 0-to-10 scale, and your worst recent pain is at least 40 out of 100.
- Your blood sugar control has been stable for the past month and your recent HbA1c is 9% or lower.
- You do not have other causes of pain, certain heart conditions, or uncontrolled high blood pressure, and you are not pregnant or planning pregnancy.
