Who can take part

  • You have type 1 or type 2 diabetes.
  • Your blood sugar level (HbA1c) is 9% or lower.
  • You have had pain in both legs or feet from diabetic nerve damage for at least 1 year.
  • Your nerve pain is not caused by another condition.
  • You have not had a heart rhythm problem that needed treatment.
  • You have not had a heart attack or stroke in the last 12 months.
