Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have colorectal cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (Stage IV) and cannot be removed with surgery.
- You have not had any prior cancer treatment like chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy.
- Your tumor has a specific genetic makeup (RAS and BRAF wild-type or RAS mutant) depending on where it started in the colon.
- You are in good enough health to carry out daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function.
