Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old
- Your metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) was confirmed under a microscope (histology)
- Your tumor must be “wild-type” for KRAS, NRAS, and BRAF (checked by PCR or NGS)
- Your general fitness is good (ECOG score 0 to 1, meaning you’re able to do most daily activities)
- You have enough organ function (as shown by recent blood tests/medical checks) and are expected to live at least 3 months
- You cannot have HIV, a current serious infection, or another cancer within the past 2 years (with a few exceptions)
