Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older
- You had a healthy pregnancy with one baby
- You are 6 to 16 weeks after giving birth
- Your body mass index (BMI) is 25 or higher (overweight or obese)
- You do not have a serious health condition like diabetes, cancer, or kidney disease
- You are not currently being treated for a severe mental health condition or have had an eating disorder
- You are not on medications that strongly affect weight
- You do not work overnight shifts more than once a week
- You have not been regularly fasting for 14 hours or more each day, or done 12 or more 24-hour fasts in the past year
