Who can take part

  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 30 and 45.
  • You are generally healthy with no major medical conditions like diabetes or heart disease.
  • You are willing to eat only during a daily time window and follow the study diet.
  • You have not lost more than 10% of your weight in the last 2 years (unless regained).
  • You are not pregnant, planning pregnancy, breastfeeding, or in perimenopause.
  • You do not regularly use tobacco, vape, or consume more than 3 espressos worth of caffeine daily.
