Who can take part

  • You are between 20 and 80 years old.
  • You have had shoulder pain for at least one month.
  • Your affected shoulder moves at least 30% less than your healthy shoulder when you rotate it outward or lift it sideways.
  • The pain is severe (more than 4 out of 10) when your shoulder is moved in those directions.
  • You are willing to receive shock wave therapy, a joint injection, and attend regular physical therapy for 8 weeks.
