  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with frozen shoulder by a specialist, and it has lasted more than 3 months.
  • You can travel to a rural physiotherapy clinic for treatment sessions.
  • You understand English.
  • You do not have other shoulder problems like tears, fractures, or arthritis.
  • You are not pregnant, do not have a pacemaker, and have no bleeding disorders.
