This study tests whether practicing hand and arm tasks while using spinal cord stimulation can improve movement and function for people with chronic cervical spinal cord injury.

Who can take part
- You are between 22 and 70 years old.
- You have a cervical (neck) spinal cord injury that has been stable for at least 12 months.
- Your injury level is classified as ASIA B, C, or D (meaning you have some movement or sensation below the injury).
- You can take part in hand and arm therapy exercises, and your hand function score is at least 10 on a standard test.
- You are willing to reduce any Baclofen (muscle relaxant) to 30 mg or less per day.
- You do not have other active medical implants, uncontrolled medical conditions, or recent Botox in your arms or hands.
