Who can take part

  • You are between 22 and 70 years old.
  • You have a cervical (neck) spinal cord injury that has been stable for at least 12 months.
  • Your injury level is classified as ASIA B, C, or D (meaning you have some movement or sensation below the injury).
  • You can take part in hand and arm therapy exercises, and your hand function score is at least 10 on a standard test.
  • You are willing to reduce any Baclofen (muscle relaxant) to 30 mg or less per day.
  • You do not have other active medical implants, uncontrolled medical conditions, or recent Botox in your arms or hands.
