Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and able to give consent.
  • You have been diagnosed with a type of lung cancer that is not squamous (or a special type called LCNEC that is treated like it).
  • Your cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic).
  • Your doctor has decided to start you on a first-line treatment that includes durvalumab and a chemotherapy combination called TDC.
  • Your tumor does NOT have certain specific genetic changes (EGFR mutations or ALK rearrangements).
  • You are not currently in another interventional clinical trial, and you don't have any other active cancer.
