Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have head and neck squamous cell carcinoma or nasopharyngeal cancer that has returned or spread after first treatment.
- Your cancer has at least one measurable tumor (by scans).
- You are in generally good health (ECOG score 0-2) and doctors expect you to live more than 3 months.
- You have not received certain prior immunotherapies (anti-CTLA-4) or targeted drugs like lenvatinib.
- You do not have active infections, serious heart conditions, or autoimmune diseases that are not controlled.
