Who can take part

  • You are currently in the hospital for heart failure (either newly diagnosed or worsening).
  • You are between 18 and 99 years old.
  • You do not have severe kidney problems (creatinine below 3.5 mg/dL).
  • You do not have a history of vein problems in your arm, a heart pump, or a heart transplant.
  • You do not have severe heart valve disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, or cardiogenic shock.
  • You agree to participate in the trial.
