Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have suspected or confirmed primary aldosteronism (a condition where your adrenal glands produce too much of the hormone aldosterone).
  • You are not pregnant.
  • You do not have adrenal failure (when your adrenal glands don't work properly) and are not currently taking steroid medications (like prednisone, hydrocortisone, or inhaled steroids).
