Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old
- Your lung cancer is non-small cell type and has spread locally or to other parts of the body (stage IIIb/IIIc or IV)
- Your tumor does not have the PD-L1 protein (PD-L1 negative)
- You have not had any genetic changes called EGFR or ALK (wild-type)
- You are receiving immunotherapy (PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitor) as your first treatment
- You are not able to have surgery or standard radiation/chemotherapy to cure the cancer
