Who can take part
- You have mantle cell lymphoma (a type of blood cancer) and have not had treatment for it before.
- You are over 18 years old and can walk and care for yourself with mild or no help.
- Your lymphoma has at least one high-risk feature, like a high MIPI score, fast-growing cells (Ki67 > 50%), a TP53 gene change, or a blastic/pleomorphic type.
- You are not a good candidate for a stem cell transplant using your own cells.
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within acceptable ranges, and you have no serious infections or severe medical conditions.
- You have not taken a BTK inhibitor (a type of targeted therapy) before.
