Who can take part
- You have multiple myeloma that has come back or is not responding to at least three prior treatments, or got worse within 60 days of your last treatment.
- Your myeloma cells have a protein called BCMA on them (a lab test can tell this).
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have acceptable organ function (heart, kidneys, liver, lungs) and blood counts.
- You have not received certain antibody-based drugs in the last 2 weeks before the therapy.
