Who can take part
- You have multiple myeloma that has come back or not responded after at least three prior treatments, including a proteasome inhibitor (like bortezomib), an immunomodulator (like lenalidomide), and a CD38 monoclonal antibody (like daratumumab).
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have measurable signs of myeloma in your blood or urine.
- Your major organs (liver, kidneys, heart, lungs) are working well enough on blood tests and scans.
- You are not pregnant and agree to avoid pregnancy for 2 years after treatment.
- You do not have active infections, other cancers, or serious heart problems.
