Who can take part

  • You must have a definite diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis (MS).
  • You need to be able to walk for 6 minutes without stopping, even if you use a cane or walker.
  • You must not have had an MS flare-up in the last 2 months.
  • You should not have any other major bone, heart, lung, or nervous system condition that would interfere with the exercise.
