Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS)
  • You are between 19 and 45 years old
  • Your MS disability level is mild to moderate (EDSS score 0.5–3.5)
  • You are not currently taking steroid medications and have not taken them recently
  • You have not had an MS relapse in the past 3 months
  • You do not have severe muscle stiffness, bone problems, or heart/lung conditions that would prevent exercise
