Who can take part

  • You are an adult (18 years or older).
  • You have a missing part of your nose or ear that cannot be repaired with your own body tissue.
  • The missing part was caused by cancer surgery or a serious injury.
  • You are able to come to the hospital every week for 6 weeks after the surgery.
  • You have enough bone in the area to support the implant (your doctor will check this).
  • You are able to safely receive general anesthesia for the surgery.
