Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must not smoke or use recreational drugs.
- You cannot be a restrained eater (someone who often limits their eating).
- You are not vegan.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have no blood clotting disorder.
- You are not taking medication for heart disease or metabolic conditions like diabetes.
- You do not have a pacemaker.
- You are not on a calorie-restricted diet and have not lost more than 5% of your weight in the last 3 months.
- You are not an elite athlete.
- You do not have difficulty swallowing.
- You have no food allergies or intolerances.
- You have no gastrointestinal disease or inflammation (like Crohn's or colitis).
