Plyometric training for young male volleyball players

This study tests whether 8 weeks of plyometric (jump-based) exercises can improve fitness and volleyball skills in young male players. If you are a healthy man aged 18-25 who has played volleyball for at least 6 months and have not had an injury last month, you may be able to join.

  • You are a male volleyball player between 18 and 25 years old.
  • You have been playing volleyball actively for at least the past 6 months.
  • You have not had any injury or trauma in the last month.
  • You are in good general health.
  • This trial is only for male players—female players cannot participate.
