Who can take part

  • You have obstructive sleep apnea.
  • You are 20 years or older.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is below 32.
  • You do not have other types of sleep apnea (central or mixed).
  • You have no history of head or neck cancer, infection, trauma, or surgery in that area.
  • You do not have serious heart disease, stroke, nerve or muscle disease, or active mental health conditions.
